client.documents.parse(...) uploads files to POST /documents/parse and returns extracted text and structure.

Parse a document

Multiple files

response = client.documents.parse(
    documents=["report.pdf", "notes.docx"],
    model="pawa-v1-parser-20250809",
)

print(response)

You can also pass raw bytes or (filename, bytes, content_type) tuples when files are already in memory.
